I’m an avid gamer and I own a ton of card and board games so there are a lot of different cards I have and I’m not a good shuffler, even after years of practice. This manual card shuffler is great for me because I can control how fast the cards shuffle, which is very important when dealing with cards of various sizes. I’ve even been able to shuffle sleeved cards with very little problems. After about 2000 cards I don’t see marks or lines on the cards. Yes, it does jam it up but it’s really rare and doesn’t seem to damage anything.
One thing they don’t tell you is that there’s also a second crank arm you can use (in case one breaks) that’s located on the under side of the shuffler. I didn’t even notice that until a week later.
Overall, no complaints. Versatile, affordable, no motor to burn out, and a must for any card player of all types.

Originally I was looking at battery operated ones on Amazon and the highest review I could find was 3.5 stars. Really for a card shuffler. The negatives were breaking, replacing batteries, jamming, etc. Just didn’t seem worth the trouble since they all have issues. Then I saw this and really it couldn’t be easier. No batteries to worry about and so long as you are normal gentle with it, seems like it could last forever. Just be sure and put the cards in flush and divide the deck as even as you can and do it a few times and you are good to go. This is great for those who have trouble shuffling for whatever reason. So happy I went this way
